Jasmine I. Whatley is a litigation attorney licensed to practice in Georgia and South Carolina, representing clients in personal injury, business law, and criminal defense matters. Her practice includes DUI defense, traffic violations, and misdemeanor cases, where she brings a structured, client-focused approach to each matter.

Mrs. Whatley began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Richland County, South Carolina, where she gained extensive courtroom experience and represented clients through all stages of the criminal process. This foundation shaped her approach to advocacy—focused on preparation, clear communication, and protecting her clients’ rights at every step.

She later transitioned into private practice at an Atlanta-based firm, where she handled a broad range of litigation matters including insurance defense, general liability, products liability, and environmental claims involving talc and asbestos. Through this experience, she developed a comprehensive understanding of complex litigation in both state and federal courts.

Outside of her legal practice, Mrs. Whatley is a dedicated wife and mother. She serves as a ministry leader for the Young Adult VIBE group at her church and volunteers with the Atlanta Community Food Bank. She also enjoys exploring new restaurants and considers herself an avid foodie.
